I was very impressed with the way the original online chat representative realized my issue was beyond his purview and quickly conference in a supervisor. The supervisor reviewed my fax history attempts and resolved the matter within minutes. The error solely was on my part, so all credit goes to the supervisor, and a hats off to the whole team as this was a 1-1/2 day attempt to ax a crucial document.
