What do you like best about Documo?

That you can send faxes via email instead of logging on to the portal each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documo?

That you can't import contacts from Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're saving time by receiving faxes in PDF format. This way we don't have to scan and email paper faxes. We also don't have to have a physical phone line or fax machine to deploy faxing capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Biggest complaint i receive is that the buttons on the left hand are just icons. Users would like to see the full name of the contacts button. Some would like to see faxing internationally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not really easy to create and manage bulk Users/Accounts.
