What do you like best about Documo?

mFax is a modern take on faxing. As we were looking to phase out our copper phone lines, as most are, we looked to mFax for our cloud faxing. Having HIPAA and other compliance frameworks in place allowed us as a medical company to trust in them. It works well, has good customer service, and was easy for our users to figure out. What do you dislike about Documo?

Some of the UI can be a little confusing at times, and number porting isn't the most straight-forward (though it never is). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

I really like the ease of use of the mFax API. I am able to use their webhooks to track the status of the faxes I am sending programatically. The API was relatively easy to implement, and we use it every day for sending fax notifications to the prescribers for our pharmacy business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

The sub-account setup is great for managed service providers. Settings are detailed and yet straightforward. Support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documo?

Stability of the product was an issue for a good while but it seems to have improved quite a bit in 2024. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform is flexible, offering virtual fax by email or web portal and also with ATA devices for your fax machine if desired. Pricing is fair allowing for a competive offering for MSPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

I used their API within my application. This adds a new value add within my app and has been well received by my customers. Having another option for customers has been a value to myself and them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
