What do you like best about Dixa?

Dixa is really easy to use. We have been able to decrease our contact rate with our FAQs page and help center and increase our customers sastifaction. The system enables us to get back to customers quicker but also offer a better service. Very happy with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

Dixa allows lots of integrations, like Shopify, elevio etc.. Productivity is easy to track and creating Queues is easy. Quick Responses easy to integrate, as well as spam filters. Dixa Support is always available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

Analytics could be more detailed and plausible. Email Flow creation could be easier, as well as adding and removing agents from Queues. Search function could be better, Dixa searches either in Conversations, Notes, or contacts, there is no possibility to search all 3 categories at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dixa solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dixa helps categorizing incoming tickets into queues, assigning them to certain agents, tracking agent productivity, increasing productivity with quick reponses and tool integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are not really solving a lot of problems right now, we still have abandoned calls and invisible tickets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

The biggest improvement was the speed of going through conversations and ease of use. Team productivity has increased immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not having a mobile app is a bit of a drawback; the CSAT calculation formula is a bit more taxing and meant a decrease in score vs our previous platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
