Ease of use, very good UI. Almost everything you need for work is there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To make it perfect, some functions are missing, such as adding links to the profile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using it is pretty straightforward, i like how i can see the timeline and past conversations and preview them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dixa is really easy to use from a team member and manager perspective. It takes away the stresses of rotas or any doubt of who's doing what, the algorithim just pings contacts to you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
