What do you like best about Dixa?

Using it is pretty straightforward, i like how i can see the timeline and past conversations and preview them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

Sometimes it messes up the queue and gives an agent multiple conversations in a row - can become annoying especially if it forces you to go offline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dixa has made it available to merge contacts which has made life easier when people call in as the email is attached to the phone number and makes it easy to search for users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use in short requests from customers, easy to help other colleagues when they are not available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

Long requests that go over more emails make it hard to keep track of conversations. Emails are not saved when "disturbed" on a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

Dixa is really easy to use from a team member and manager perspective. It takes away the stresses of rotas or any doubt of who's doing what, the algorithim just pings contacts to you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
