Having worked with Dixa as a CS-agent i find the program very user-friendly and a must-have for any company doing customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The use of lightning bolts and the ease of setting follow ups. The new feature of merging contacts is also really useful. The customer support team are always there to help and reply in seconds :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
