What do you like best about Dixa?

I like being able to see how many interactions I have done on a daily basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

No ownership, easy for people to avoid work (putting themselves as away or turning off certain channels), doesn't load properly, crashes a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

Whenever we have an issue, Dixas support are very good at being friendly and helpful and trying to fine the best solution as possible to help our company with our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

Compared to many other omnichannel systems, with Dixa, you have to pay for both outbound and inbound activity, making the system quite expensive for us. Dixa is also lacking some essential automated features, such as GDPR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

Easy to use, everything can be done in one ticket. All information of the client is on the right side and contacts on the left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be helpful to be able to save or screen capture the entire conversation with a client instead of having to do it part by part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

There templates support liquid synthax, which is great for creating nice looking templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be heavy inloading sometimes, so it feels like a big database is loading many times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

Having worked with Dixa as a CS-agent i find the program very user-friendly and a must-have for any company doing customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

The use of lightning bolts and the ease of setting follow ups. The new feature of merging contacts is also really useful. The customer support team are always there to help and reply in seconds :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

I preffered the old style analytics, it seems easier to view the data. Would love to be able to delete tags when needing to as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Elevio as well which helps customers finds their owen answeres before reaching out to us, minimising the amount of queries we receive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

That I am able to pick different sounds for different communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
