What do you like best about Dixa?

It is simple and makes it easier and faster to connect with the consumers. Everything works well for me. Whenever we raise a support request they are responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

I'm looking forward to when they have more webhook options as we would like to trigger some 3rd party event. However, in reflection we love the tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dixa?

Everything you need is on Dixa. Calling, chating, emailing become easy and faster. Work becomes more efficient with Dixa Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tickets are coming back all the time (purpose of Dixa) but sometimes we would prefer to focus on something else instead of having them coming (small detail) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many small falts. When copy a text i always drop Down a line, when you wants to put it in the text.

- Browser/app information

- Is this affecting all agents?

- Screen cast of the text not appearing if possible

What do you like best about Dixa?

Dixa provides a platform that eliminates "Cherry picking" and thereby waste time in a Contact Center.

This creates a more efficient workflow and a better culture in our Contact Center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

Dixa is continuously undergoing development, which is not a dislike.

But it is missing a few features that we look forward to see.

We see a great decline in the average handling time on customer cases.

What do you like best about Dixa?

The automatic feed of emails is good. Nice to have email history on the side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 'View message' sign is super annoying because it's always there when you open an email. Of course I'm viewing it when I opened it. Sometimes hard to find email that I just closed, and searching with ticket id is not always straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for sharing your feedback :) The view message sign, I've raised this to product because you're right it shouldn't happen when you open an email.

With regards to search, what kind of issues are you facing? If you'd like a call to discuss we can make that happen too, just send an email over to support@dixa.com with your details and availability and we can get that scheduled in.

Also, using the filters within the conversation tab on the left is a great way to narrow down the conversations you're looking for :)

What do you like best about Dixa?

The ability to look at and listen to historic calls and to be able to identify the type of call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not being able to put some one on hold and speak to another person about that call if it doesn't need to be transferred, you just want to speak for advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hey there, Thanks for your feedback we really appreciate it. You can actually place a user on hold and turn to your neighbour to ask a question if you needed to, on the call conversation screen you’ll notice a little ‘Hold’ icon on the bottom left corner :) You can also mute yourself if needed.

As for recorded calls, can you tell us a little more about that? Did you want to have all phone calls recorded? If so you can add that to your call flow under settings > phones. Here’s some more info on this: https://dixa.elevio.help/en/articles/38
