I have been working with Digital Thinker for about a year. When I've needed help they have always been there with a quick response to an email or promptly answering a phone call with a resolution to my question. When my questions have been a bit complicated they have set up a "Go to Meeting" so they could visually walk me thru the process. I have been extremely happy with the assistance they have given me. We can be considered in-house EAM experts, but even we struggle with some advanced tasks. Enter DigitalThinker. If Tony (very personable guy, founder of DigitalThinker) does not have the answer ready at the tip of his fingers, he surely has the resources to get you where you're trying to go. If the idea of a request entering a ticketing system and being shuffled around to the next available representative does not seem like your definition of a good time, you'll be glad to hear that DigitalThinker is not like most consultants. The team employed at DigitalThinker is well-rounded, with certain individuals' expertise in very specific areas, but not so much that any member can't handle a majority of our complex requests. DT guided by Stanton Bost walked us through an implementation of EAM. This involved the installation of the program, configuration of the system and training for the users and system administrator. Digital Thinker was basically on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year for the entire project. The response times were excellent and the support was always top notch. They even covered our help desk for me when I went on vacation and continue to this day to monitor call center ticket requests looking for ways to help and improve the system. DigitalThinker is the firm that we call when we need anything INFOR EAM Related. They help us with daily EAM questions and larger scale projects. They are currently helping us with our Integration Project which will integrate our Accounting System with EAM. They also help us develop Cognos Reports and data grids. We used to Digital Thinker to implement Infor EAM. We had one of their consultants on-site that helped us learn the program. We then went to each of our facilities and implemented Infor.
