What do you like best about DigitalGenius?

The process is so easy to set up and even if you cannot automate certain systems there is always a way around this. We are yet to integrate our warehouse system into the tool.

We have even hooked up a Google Sheets file which is a great interim solution for internal IT issue work around.

The support given by the team has been great they are always at hand and consistently want to improve the AI capability to drive further efficiencies.

The system easily hooks up with our customer service software and you can get detailed reporting on this too so you can always see the performance of the tool in relation to resolution rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DigitalGenius?

As with all AI the system does not always get responses correct with customers. It often takes a lot of trial and error to get this right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DigitalGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the pandemic, we saw a huge increase in online sales which in turn led to an influx of customer service enquiries which we found difficult to cope with.

What do you like best about DigitalGenius?

DigitalGenius has created a bot that works perfectly, responding to customer complaints and tagging them at the same time when further work is needed.

We no longer spend our time answering repeatable questions. We at the support department, now deal with the most difficult cases leaving our Digital Genius Bot taking care of the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DigitalGenius?

Digital genius gives us a solution to automate responses to customers in many different out of the box intents. The great part of working with them was their ability to create custom intents as well.

The DG team helped us setup the integration really fast and assisted us with best practices to have a successful POC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DigitalGenius?

At the moment I can't find any faults with DG Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DigitalGenius?

With DG you can create custom flows for your support team and automate the resolution of certain type of tickets that do not require human intervention. So that your support team can focus on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
