The process is so easy to set up and even if you cannot automate certain systems there is always a way around this. We are yet to integrate our warehouse system into the tool.
We have even hooked up a Google Sheets file which is a great interim solution for internal IT issue work around.
The support given by the team has been great they are always at hand and consistently want to improve the AI capability to drive further efficiencies.

DigitalGenius has created a bot that works perfectly, responding to customer complaints and tagging them at the same time when further work is needed.

Digital genius gives us a solution to automate responses to customers in many different out of the box intents. The great part of working with them was their ability to create custom intents as well.
