What do you like best about Digital Asset Management?

DAM allows an organization to tag and organize images, videos, and other digital assets for quick retrieval. The solution goes beyond just folders, and allows users to export assets in commonly used formats and sizes to help cut down on editing and formatting work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digital Asset Management?

DAM systems are typically easy to use, but cloud-based solutions can get pricey with higher amounts of data...especially as video assets become higher resolution formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Digital Asset Management?

Whether you're using a dedicated tool like Amplience or Scene7, or digital asset management tools built into products like commercetools Frontend, it's important for any one who's managing content across multiple channels to have a tool that increases efficiency and reduces friction when building out customer experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digital Asset Management?

When using a digital asset manager, certain things are automated that eliminate hours and hours of what used to be manual work. Sometimes that's as simple as automatically resizing assets for different screen sizes, sometimes it's the ability to completely reframe and edit an image without having to utilize an offline, more manual workflow. And of course, digital asset management improves collaboration between team members by making it easier to organize and find images, whitepapers, and other content. What do you dislike about Digital Asset Management?

Nothing I dislike, but it isn't easy when working with hundreds of thousands of assets and ensuring all the assets have the correct permissions and metadata to be found easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
