I found DigiSigner very easy to learn. I have been able to upload documents and obtain the needed signatures very easy. I also find it helpful that for the needs I have DigiSigner is affordable and it also saves so much time from my heavy workload. I love that I get an email notification that the document was signed. There honestly was nothing that I didn't like about DigiSigner. I found it easy to comprehend and upload my docuements. I also feel that since it's affordable there is not anything I didn't like about the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quick login being enabled via Gmail or other suitable email sender types is a good starting point. Following that, the way to set up a document in it, mark up areas for signers as well as create a priority list is very efficient. Simplified, clean and user-friendly design makes it really simple to use & makes it scalable for different kinds of agreements, ranging from NDAs to Business Service Agreements among others! Their colour combinations could be a lot more exciting along with their UI toolkit being upgraded - something that makes it more exciting to use the platform than just be all about the job at hand. Some prompts, helpers to guide your way through or a chat to look up a query could also be useful introductions to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a small business owner, it was nice to be able to execute a contract signature for free. I don't do very many written contracts, so being able to do just a few per month at no charge is ideal for my situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't anything not to like about DigiSigner. It does the job well for standard document execution at a reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally, I don't need to send many contracts because I tend to work with clients on a retainer basis or on big projects that last a few weeks.
So, the free plan (3 documents a month) has been enough for me so far.
But if you need more, it's only going to be $12/month, which I think is really good value for money.
It also makes it a breeze to get signatures from clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no branding options with the free version, but I'm pretty sure that's the same with most software and platforms, and Digisigner probably has a few good ones with its paid plans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about DigiSigner is that it's very straightforward and easy to use. You just need your documents ready to be signed and upload them to the online portal. Add the recipients email addresses and send it with a click of a button and that's it. Now wait for the agreement to be signed digitally and you will be informed about the progress. No need to print, sign and post a paperwork and then hoping to get it back in time marvellous app that you can rely on everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really I find it really useful with nothing bad about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, if I need a document digitally signed, I usually use DigiSigner. I'm not a fan of Adobe because of their anti-consumer policies, so DigiSigner is a perfect alternative. It's also fast, it works on nearly every modern device... just overall pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DigiSigner recently changed their document storage policy which meant that I had to sign back into my account so as to not lose the documents I had already signed. It's a minor inconvenience and I understand the reasoning, but that's honestly it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been a DigiSigner user for several years and recently upgraded to a paid account. I use it to sign documents for work, for my own consultancy, and for social organizations to which I belong. What sets DigiSigner apart is that it isn't just for document signing. It is possible to add text, dates, and more as well. Additionally, DigiSigner allows users to send documents to others for signature. It sends an email when the item is signed so recordkeeping is easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only down side is that the free version allows a minimum number of signatures per month. Also, it's not possible (or at least I haven't found how to do it!) to have more than one signature at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about DigiSigner was it was free. I don't need to use this type of service for my job except for about two times per year and don't want to pay for an expensive service if I am not using it. This worked so well sending forms to clients to sign. I was able to upload the form and make it a template and then it is ready to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really didn't see any downsides. The service was easy for me and for my clients to use. The form looks professional, Digisigner notifies you when it is complete. I did have one form expire before the client coud sign it, but that was my fault because I had adjusted the time on the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have never used such a platform which makes it so easy to sign and manage documents electronically, even for someone like me who isn't a tech expert. The intuitive interface and straightforward process of uploading, signing, and sending documents make it a breeze to use.
The ability to create multiple types of signiing options - drawing your signature, uploading an image of your signature, or simply typing it out, makes it so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working with huge documents occasionally results in minor bugs or sluggish loading times.
Despite being useful, DigiSigner's mobile app doesn't provide the same degree of comfort and simplicity of use as the web version.
These flaws are minor, and for me, DigiSigner's advantages still exceed its shortcomings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DigiSigner is a very easy tool to use to manage the legal side of my business. I like the simplicity where I can quickly upload my contract and send it to my client within a couple of minutes for them to sign. The best part is DigiSigner takes care of everything from sending the initial email to my client to sending reminders right into their inbox. Once the contract is signed there is also a possibility for the client to donwload the PDF file so I don't have to worry about sending it myself. In comparison to other providers it has good options for new as well as more seasoned businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Functionally it works well. It's not always clear what feature is part of the upgraded package. At first, I suspected what this product is and if it is trustworthy because the website and the user interface h gives an impression of a very old tool and potentially even a scam, especially in comparsion to competitors.
