In addition to having the basic functions to make a videoconference, it has striking tools that in other software would be more expensive, such as artificial intelligence in meetings; it provides you with metrics, tracking, to-do list or tasks, summaries, among others. The mobile app is also very good, I can even collaborate without having to join from my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialpad is scalable for business, but it could give more. The artificial intelligence features and flexibility with numerous integrations make it stand out, but it is a bit limited in other aspects (such as plan customization, and the number of participants allowed per meeting, among others). I like the AI transcription of the calls and the ability to switch devices within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product seems very immature as I have called for the same issue several times and have received a different answer and resolution each time. I raise this complaint each time and there is no follow-up or attempt to resolve my issues. I was also sold on the highest package with all the bells and whistles with no clear guidance on what was included with the package I selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features and functionality is amazing with calls, texts, pictures, etc. The AI is also amazing and helps know exactly whats going on with our calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be so much better if the calls/texts integrated with our client management system like some others do, would eliminate steps and increase efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Call Center, ability to use the app on mobile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Billing is needlessly confusing and inflexible. Support Chat seems to get confused often, this has caused increases in our yearly contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the transcription feature of Dialpad - it transcribes the conversation instanteously and also produces an output transcription that you can refer to after the call. The output enables you to search for keywords as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been times when the transcription feature doesn't work at all. Other times, the transcription accuracy can be a little off but it's normally close enough to remmeber what was said. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to configure accounts as an admin, as well as departments and IVR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of ability to monitor Departments live with basic license (online agents presence) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how you can text people and add their names. I also like how you can view the analytics for your team to see who has been making the most calls/length of the calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like how when you start a new text, then go to an old text to copy the body of the message, the initial text you created (just with phone number so far) disappears. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the most is that Dialpad is fast and easy to use. The UX is easy to understand and you can also record calls and share them with others and your manager. These calls can then listen to over and over again and there is a tool that helps understand the call's sentiment, so it helps avoid different words when talking to people. It is suitable for training purposes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When calling countries such as Central America, it can be difficult to place the call. Sometimes we need to dial several times in order to make the call go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
