I've been using Dialpad for a while now, and I have to say their customer support is absolutely outstanding! Every time I reach out, they are always available with no wait time, which is a rare find these days. Whether I contact them via chat, phone, or email, I am always greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly support agent who genuinely wants to help.
What really sets Dialpad apart is how proactive their support team is. Instead of just giving generic responses or scripted troubleshooting steps, they actually go into my account, investigate the issue firsthand, and guide me through the fix. This level of hands-on support makes the process so much easier and efficient.
On top of that, they don’t just stop at fixing the immediate issue—they actually follow up! I’ve had multiple instances where a support agent called me back just to make sure everything was working smoothly, which shows they truly care about customer satisfaction.

We are extremely excited to be able to gather valuable data with the Dialpad support insights/analytics. Now we can monitor all our agents and contact centers with an easy click of a button. There are many things to like about this service, such as:
1. Ability to use existing employee's phones, tablets and computers to leverage this service.
2. Apps for iOS, Android and Windows environments.
3. User customization for ringing unique phone lines and tweaking the interface based on personal preferences.
4. Near-real time textual dictation and display of live voice calls.
5. AI-generated summary of voice calls for quick references.
6. Admin's ability to view call metrics of the various phone lines assigned to team members.

While there are many great features for this service, it does require quite a bit of a learning curve for the Admin to take in to become fully proficient with everything. It also takes some time to work with and train the users to ensure they have a full grasp on the capabilities and know how to use it for maximizing utility of it within the business unit. One of the key user preferences to receive notifications appears to be hidden deep in the app's UI -- that made it difficult to diagnose an issue that one of our users was having. I like best about Dialpad Meetings is its ease of use combined with high-quality audio and video. The platform’s one-click access eliminates the need for complicated setups, and its AI-driven transcription feature is a game-changer for capturing meeting notes in real time. I loved the Dialpad has a clean and modern interface. Even if you're not a tech wizard, you’ll find your way around quickly. The call quality is top-notch. Whether it's a team meeting or a client call, it delivers clarity. It works seamlessly on phones, desktops, and even through a browser. The transcription and note-taking features are amazing.

The connection between the phone app, computer app and IP phones allows for seamless integration of the phone in our companies day to day operations. Being able to look back at phone calls a see the highlights and objectives is really helpful to my employees. It is a great addition to our communications with our customers. I think the ability to transcribe live calls make the application my favourite. I am into client facing all the day and I get to speakto my clients is US over the phone. DialPad gives the option to paste the conversation directly into my CRM since it provides the summary of the overall conversation with my client. It saves me a lot of time and effort. I am able to have a desk phone and answer calls from there and also able to leave my desk and answer calls from my cell phone anywhere. Being able to seemlessly transfer calls from both desk phone and cell phone is a game changer. The most helpful thing about Dialpad Support is the people. I am a one person office and not very tech savvy as the Administrator. I had used Dialpad for over a year and then I made changes to my phone system that involved changing my DialPad and my actual mobile numbers. The people were so helpful in getting everything reestablished and in setting me up with an additional feature set that I did not understand. They gave me instructions and told me they would call me back in five minutes to ensure everything worked. Five minutes later, my DialPad rang and I was able to report all systems go!!
