It doesn't auto-create leads when you take an inbound call from an unknown contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Dialpad app is very intuitive and easy to use. I love how they keep making updates to improve the user experience! The app is good about closely resembling the website interface, giving a more seamless transition from website to app and vice versa. Keep up the great job Dialpad! There isn't a lot that I don't like about Dialpad. It would be great if Dialpad could offer call center services on their value plan or get rid of the per minute charge for the call center license. But service-wise, things have been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming from Vonage, Dialpad was extremely user-friendly, had a lot of features that were useful to our firm and was easy to integrate & set up. The process for answering, transferring/holding calls is honestly the most impressive thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have liked to have a more in-depth starting process that included someone to speak to directly and answer our initial questions. I had to call in to support and still felt like my questions weren't fully answered and the chat feature is fine but I would rather speak with someone directly. I like the ability to work on multiple devices and all have the same information across multiple platforms. The ability to make calls from the desktop is vital to my current position and the transcribe feature helps with meeting minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative feature is when mobile you use data to make calls. Most of the time it is not an issue but I live in an area that has large fluctuations of people using the data causing the calls to be spotty at best. Otherwise, no issues with Dialpad app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mobile and desktop apps are clunky
Desk Phone Support is poor and feature lacking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to invite people to video conferences using Dialpad since they do not require PIN or downloads, often these requirements are a setback or an impediment to fast and fluid external communication. Of course, there are a lot of very simple applications that do not require the user to install and so on, but it does not have the security that Dialpad offers for video conferencing, much less the artificial intelligence in each meeting; represented with very successful collaboration tools and customization. We use the screen sharing feature often, it always performs at its best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service... I could say it is almost non-existent. There are a few problems that we have experienced, but we have had to solve them almost on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy way to dial, manage and prospect. I foud it really helpful that I could switch between numbers depending on what country I was calling as this increased chances of a pick up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The channels such as groups need a lot of work and improvement, they are clunky, don't give you push notifications to your phone, and they are also massively limited on what content/files you can share. Same applies to the channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
