What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Dialpad AI Contact Center is leaps and bounds more user-friendly than the other system by Cisco that I have used in the past. Everything is in the cloud, which is great. Also, having your business number ring on your cell phone while working remotely is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

It works great for our team of around 100 reps in inside sales. I'm not sure if this could scale if we decided to roll it out to the rest of the business units. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have an old-fashioned phone tree and had to call IT when we had issues routing phone calls correctly. It is all in the cloud, and we can troubleshoot in real-time. What do you like best about Dialpad Meetings?

We work remotely and I love being able to connect with my coworkers and be able to see them. Everything has functioned very well so far too which is always great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Meetings?

If I remember correctly, we tried to have a full company meeting at one time and it maxed us out on how many people could join and we weren't able to continue on with our meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Meetings?

The best thing by far from Dialpad is customer support. They are incredibly on top of everything and measure no effort to help their users proactively. It is also an excellent tool for making phone calls, video calls, and even messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Meetings?

I have been having many audio issues where the person hears my voice, but I do not hear anything. In addition, I also have a problem with the caller ID because whenever I select "Company Main" to be shown, it still shows my private number. Therefore, the issue was escalated to tier 2. What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

As a daily user, I like thier interface the most because it's modern, sleek and very easy to navigate. Whether starting meetings or calls, everything is just a click away.
