What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?
I have been using Dialpad for my freelance business, and it has been extremely helpful in transcribing voicemail and has been very effecient to use, with out worrying that I miss any voicemail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?
None that I know of, at the moment Dial pad Ai voice has been nothing but helpful in accomodating mutliple connections on dial pad and in searching contacts just by typing in a couple of numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?
I interact with an average of 70 customers daily. I'd never be able to do that without Dialpad. Even better, if I forget some small tidbit of information that I REALLY need, I can go search through EVERY one of my communications until I find it. Incredibly useful from head to toe. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?
The iPhone app could be a little better. I find that 2/3rds of the time, sometimes more, I just can't answer an incoming call from my phone. The app is just not as reliable as I'd like. If I didn't have a desk phone, I'd likely have a lot of problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?
I like that it rings on both my computer and my cell phone, and I can call out from either one. I also like that it tracks our calls in one easy app, and records and transcribes calls as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?
It seems that I have to sign out and sign back into the app every time I connect my Bluetooth device, but that is probably a device issue and not a Dialpad issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has an economic and technical advantage over landlines and cell phones.
It has a transcription service likely to improve.
If Voice Over Internet Protocol has a purpose, then the implementation is part of what will make dialpad an essential productivity tool if it is not already essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Human support seems to be drying up. This is not a finished product, nor is it likely to become such. There will always be people who need human help with technology, no matter how simple and intuitive you make the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Meetings?
I love how easy it is to set-up and the user interface is very intuitive. I have a dedicated phone number so if a participant is having any trouble they can dial in directly without any pin codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
