Sometimes the app freezes during a phone call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about it is that I am really bad at talking too fast. This service prompts me often and tells me to slow down so the customer an understand me! The best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not noticed any issues with it that I would say is unhelpful. If anything I would enjoy more features from it that could add content and prompts for us as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If a patient doesn't answer the phone, you can text them right away with any and all information. You're also able to see if someone is using the phone before fowarding the call to another person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that under the recent phone calls, some times it doesn't go in order to know who was the last person to dial the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In our industry, time is money, and my favorite feature is the 'transcript' that it generates after each conversation. No more wasting time re-listening to calls to figure out what was said. Even with a few misspellings, the summary is generally reliable and saves us a lot of billable time. It's also an excellent tool for tracking and arranging our follow-ups. Although it is quite useful, it is not always accurate. When team members aren't speaking effectively, the voice-to-text agents appear to struggle with enunciation and comprehension of the actual language. This can lead to mistakes in the transcriptions, which necessitate correction and hence more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialpad is a one-of-a-kind softphone for business/personal calling as it offers multiple unlimited AI features for its users. Unlike other softphones, the most promising feature I love about Dialpad is its crystal-clear voice quality with zero distortion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe there should be more ringtones available in the app. So users can decide which one they want to use. Other than that, it's good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compared to other dial apps I've used in the past, Dialpad stand out as the best. They have a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate, and their friendly user experience is unmatched. What I appreciate most is that they send email notifications to my phone and keep my reports readily accessible whenever I need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area for improvement is that occasionally, when people speak too quickly, the AI doesn't accurately transcribe the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The connection is great, which is essential for any company, the transcriptions are wonderful, even the ones in Spanish, they make it much easier to review the calls from a quality control point of view, in the same way, the recommendations at the end of each call help a lot so that we do not forget if we should do a follow-up or if there is something pending with each person we speak to. Lastly, the technical support team always goes above and beyond, technology is not 100% perfect, however when there is an error it is attended immediately with realistic expectations and concise answers. Although not a major issue, the sound quality could benefit from improvement as it can be a bit bothersome at times. Once this is addressed, the overall experience with Dialpad would likely be enhanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialpad Ai Voice has features that we did not even know we needed! Just the uninterrupted service has improved our call connections alone. Transcription has been a value add. It is so easy to use, the training was minimal, the transition period went great. The Dialpad Support Team has been incredible, with little to no down time! Cannot say enough great things about making this switch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is the compatibililty with some headsets. Some callers are not able to hear our team when they answer the calls. And we are still working through the transcription picking up 100% accuracy, but we are looking into adding to the dictionary to help in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to use it on my compter and my phone. Sending texts from my computer is a great option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not anything I dislike about it. Everything runs smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how simple it is to use. The mobile App is easy to use and very helpful. It's easy to transfer the call from one device to another without dropping the call. I like that I can still do communicate with my customer when I am away from my desk.
I like that I can make outbound calls without losing my place on the queue for inbound calls (the previous dialler didn't have that option). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know if Dialpad doesn't offer it or if it's my company that doesn't use it, but I miss having a more complete integration with Salesforce. I have used other diallers that offer email connection and Cadences. That is the thing I miss the most about using Dialpad. Cadences! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
