I had to enter email addresses individually and "create a contact" when inviting more than 30 persons to a meeting, however the contact is not stored for the next meeting; this might be user mistake, but I reviewed all sites FAQ and I can't find a solution. Screen sharing may be problematic in Dialpad meetings, especially when we need to walk our customers through the procedures to solve a problem. I appreciate how it offers headers so we know what we're working on. It also allows us to record voice messages so we can listen to them later, and we'll be able to save that chat. It enabled me to interact with clients and employees via SMS as well as voice calls. If you want to keep business and personal life separate but don't want to use a separate device, Dialpad is for you; the option to establish a call list is one of the finest features. I tried to remove a message that I had sent inadvertently, but I couldn't, which was rather frustrating because mistakes happen, but there should always be a means to repair them. The dial-pad GUI appears generic; I prefer a darker setting (easier on the eyes), and there aren't many ringtone options. The thing I like the most about Dialpad Ai Voice is how simple and easy it is to use, I am personally not great with softphone type of programs but Dialpad is extremely comfortable to use. In my work place we use it pretty often and it is our go to when we have to call or text people. I've only contacted customer service once, and it was not related to issues with the platform.
