What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Reasonable pricing that works well on solopreneur and/or startup budget. The onboarding call was also quite helpful. The call/voice quality was excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

More of a nitpick, really, but I hope there's a more pared-down version of the product. We're basically just looking for a phone and SMS app for our client success team, so we don't really have a need for the other features.

Also, we couldn't use the office number to register a WhatsApp Business account. We would have loved to use the same number across all our comms channels so we won't need to expose our team members' personal information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

We have been using Dialpad at our Organization for long time and it has helped us in lot more ways.

The tool is user-friendly and the call quality is consistently clear. We are using the Dialpad in Desktop as well in Android mobile and the services are seamless in both devices.

What do you like best about Dialpad Meetings?

Dialpad Ai Meetings' video conferencing is its strongest suit, allowing users to do things like route calls, mute them, or set up calls with three or more participants. Plus, the sound is great. The ease of use makes it perfect for leaving messages and scheduling a meeting regardless of the other person's time zone. Automatic note-taking during important meetings is made much easier with AI-powered real-time transcription. The best part is that you can use it remotely from anywhere using your mobile phone. What do you dislike about Dialpad Meetings?

The dial pad connect is the best application designed for the user to attend the meeting in a flexible way providing the greater frequency of use over the applocation the integration of the ai technlogy has made a far better application for the better customer enhancement supportover the users giving the ease of use faclity and easy implementation amoung the various users. What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

We got this tool 2 days back as I am doing a test run of this tool. I must say that this once is an excellent VOIP tool, has a user friendly interface and has all the features available on a single screen. It has texting, voice calls and conference features available which makes things easily manageable. This also has a Calendar reminder, screen-share, group call and conference feature as well which makes it a way ahead of it's major competitors available inn the job market. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

The ability for AI to filter sentiment from both inbound callers and agents allows us to enhance our contact centre support and training to agents. This has been a game changer for us, which has elevated our customer support performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Being able to see call transcriptions, both in real-time and post-call is extremely helpful! Its accuracy is decent, but it definitely could use some improvement, I feel it is getting better every day though. Being able to go back and look at notes/topics from a past call is a great feature and comes in handy quite often.

I have been happy with the service so far, we opt to use desk phones (Polycom) and the service works seamlessly from the desktop/browser app to the desk phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad is quite costly, it runs about 4x what I would pay for typical phone service, but you do get 4+ times the features you would usually have with standard landlines. So you have to weigh your pros and cons to see if it is worth it at the end of the day.

There have been some issues with calls dropping before they make it through to the lines, but it is rare and not something I typically have to worry about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

What I like best with dialpad Ai contact center is that it lets me know the whole conversation with the clients and it records the solutions and actions that has been discussed in words so I can just copy and paste the important details of the conversation.
