What do you like best about Diabolocom?

The interface is quite easy to use. To build a scenario is very intuitive once we got the training.

La création et gestion de campagnes d'appels.

Les SVI sont simples à créer.

Les supports de formation sont clairs et complets.

Les mises à jours sont régulières.

Les Project manager sont compétents et à l'écoute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diabolocom?

La partie Email est vraiment peu développée (vision générale, statistiques).

Le ticketing serait un gros plus.

Le support technique non joignable par téléphone (formulaire uniquement) et par téléphone la prise de message à Madagascar n'a aucun intérêt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
