As more providers introduce 2FA and additional security steps, it can prevent automated fetching until a supported connection method is available. We continue to monitor and maintain connections as portals evolve, and the best place to check what is currently supported, along with your connection status, is the Fetch connections list in your account. We're also exploring and developing other solutions. For example, our API integration with Amazon Business allows paperwork to flow directly into Dext through an API connection.
