Honestly, all I need it to do is make sure all my orders and all the transaction fees get moved automatically from our various sales channels, (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify & ebay), into Quickbooks Online. It is very easy to say nothing here, but if I was being overly critical. The OCR of line item extraction should not be an extra charge; if you need to use tracking categories, line item extraction is a must. The mobile app could do with improving from an accountant's point of view and DEXT MUST IMPLEMENT a drop-down for clients with multiple companies on DEXT.
