It has potential to become the leader in CRM world. Have been using Pipedrive which is one of the best CRMs out there, and I can say that, some of the benefits that Deskera provides are automations, which are better than pipedrive. Also, having unlimted contacts, and ability to create multiple access levels for the staff is awesome. However, it is a growing platfom, so one shoud expect upgrades continously happening.
