Deskera CRM+ is a very wholesome and feature pack that has all the essential features in it. Though we love most that it has an in-built ticketing system so that we need not to switch between multiple tools. Secondly, the email campaign is again another great feature. I am using Deskera's CRM for my non-profit. We just started a campaign to identify stakeholders across the city who will partner with us and in parallel, ordinary citizens who are supporters and champions. Deskera helps us manage that entire workflow with everything from Landing Pages to email in one application.
