I beleive that the Ui/Ux is mainstreamed to make it easier for navigate but has all of fhe features that you would like (and need) to help run your business. This platform is currently at an early stage, so there is a lot of room for improvement. It has a lack of maturity as compared to its competitors. I love the fact I can organise my entire business workflow in one tool and see it in one dashboard. I'm a sole owner of my small agency so efficiency and speed is something of essence. They are adding Deals, Campaigns, Landing Pages, Forms, Funnels, Automation to their connected Accounting, HR, and Ecommerce solutions. This is like a full-fledged solution for small and even enterprise-grade companies. I wanted an easy solution to manage contacts and create forms and Deskera is providing that with a simple interface. This is one of the reasons I am loving it.
