I like that Deskera CRM is designed to help us manage every aspect of our business in a simple and streamlined manner with user-friendly interfaces. It's nice to get all of the essential components all-in-one place from Accounting, Inventory, Payroll to tracking leads and managing relationships (Deals, Campaigns, Forms, Landing Pages, Funnels, Automation). What I really enjoy is the simple way of having all the main business software under one platform. The team behind Deskera is taking serious the feedback that they get and work really hard. Also really nice is the kanban board styles for the leads.
I like also the option to build a landing page from scratch using the Deskera visual editor. With the help of this one, you can collect emails and then add them to the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deskera CRM covers more than just CRM -- it is also where you can put together marketing campaigns to constantly have new leads feeding in. Deskera is an integrated platform with all your business requirements catered. They already have a solid track record of building good products and the new CRM is no different. This software has many features that I haven't had the time to test yet... but the potential is huge! Very easy to use. I am delighted to be able to use it today!
Finally, you have a complete CRM solution that will satisfy independent entrepreneurs or those who work in teams. The features offered are not lacking: Form creation, landing page (easy to design with the templates provided), Automation Funneling, and so on.

It is very clean (great UI and UX) and very easy to modules like contact managment, contract management, funnels, forms, landing pages and funnels too..
Addresses all that i need from a CRM.

Extremely robust platform. Smooth UI. Loads fast. Feels intuitive. Things like the universal "Create New" button at the top right make it easy to do the most common actions quickly.

I really appreciate that they already built out the first stages of Zapier and Integromat integrations.
SUGGESTION: Integrations. are. everything... especially when it comes to a CRM. If it's going to be the complete data hub, it also has to be the robust connection between all my tools. Most work processes that are client facing begin with a form of some kind. Highly process-oriented companies, from small business to enterprise, are going to rely on a robust library of available integrations. So, it's going to be vital to put a high priority on beefing up native integrations, as well as expansion of the Zapier and Integromat (and Integrately and Pabbly Connect) integrations for both triggers and actions. I've tried quite a few all-in-one business management platforms and none seem to integrate Accounting, CRM, and HR functions quite as smoothly and seamlessly as Deskera. The interface is easy to use and the developers are working closely with their Facebook and Discord communities to refine and improve the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say I dislike anything yet, but there is still room for improvement. More integrations would be helpful and accounting reports could use some additional flexibility.
