Deskera CRM integrates a landing page builder with email campaigns. For a website, I can build a simple landing page from scratch using the Deskera visual editor or I can use one of the several pre-made templates. The landing page can collect email leads and add them to the CRM. With the contact list, I can build email newsletters directly in Deskera. Again, I have the option of building my own newsletter or using one of their templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the UI. I know that UI is a personal preference, but the UI in the Desktop CRM hinders my workflow. The side menu only shows icons, which means I have to stop and hover each time to find the function I am looking for. Deskera, if you HAVE to keep the side menu, please make it wider and add the text label. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides an all inclusive suite of tools from lead and opportunity management to task creation and pipeline forecasting. Honestly this is my first CRM experience and it seesm to be smooth AF.
- Easy to use lists and add them to pipeline.
- Interrelations btw funtions is made easy. example using a specific type of user from a list and qualify them to the pipeline and use in your cmapaign.
- Forms and Landing pages inbuilt is a BIG win :)
- moreoever you and create the the funnel to see a bird eye view if your hypothesis is working or you need to twist your campaign.

Deskera CRM is one of the simplest to use. It has all the automation needed to create a deal, send out instant emails, generate offers. It is a modern app with powerful features like funnels, landing pages, forms, and automation.

My favorite part of this review is that it's an all-in-one solution into one software which is great to streamline things easier. So far, I don't have anything to dislike, because automation has not yet been released, but will be soon. If I must mention, I think it will be great if there was an in-dial widget so I don't have to use CallRail, and it will just make things easier to track everything in the Pipedrive. I like how the Deskera CRM connects with Deskera and the whole UI is so intuitive. I am a fan of the colours and layout of the CRM too. It makes the whole experiencing of using a CRM very modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is long way from perfection as compared to other major players like HubSpot, Zoho, etc. There are a few bugs that I have raised with the team. Won't recommend signing up for a lifetime deal as future upgrades/product enhancement may not be covered in it and you may have to buy additional licenses like their CRM+ feature, which I think should be standard for any CRM providers. The Facebook community is very active, but I have noticed that some posts ( though within the regulations) won't be approved, if the admin doesn't like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
