What do you like best about Desk360?

Being able to see messages from all platforms in one place with Desk360 is a very good feature, and also being able to create a Desk360 help page is a very good feature. The things I don't like are in the other question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Desk360?

It allows us to provide customer support in many languages. We collect all channels in one place. It is very simple to use and has a great interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't really a point I don't like. There is a team open to feedback. They listen to everything we want to be better. The most important point that could be better is that chat conversations do not occur as tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Desk360?

The User Interface is one of the best features of Desk360. This includes the amazing feature of next-gen shared inbox, where you have the ability for you and your customer support team to easily access and respond back to all of your clients messages coming from split-up channels. And the best part is, this can be done all at the same time. Efficiency is key! You save a ton of time with this amazing feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Desk360?

I love that you can create quick answers for the most common and frequently asked questions so that you don't have to write same answers to the same questions all the time. That way, you save time, and Desk360 allows you to keep those quick answers in different languages for a specific question. Therefore, if you are operating in different countries and languages simultaneously, it is perfect for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Desk360?

I wish once a user that has already created a report ticket creates a new report ticket again, those two tickets were looking related to each other in the system. Therefore, I would just know if it's user's first time asking something or not, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
