Trying to steer a product ship through a global pandemic would be difficult for anyone. We were operating in one of the unlucky industries that forced us to pivot. We needed turnkey solutions to help us create our product as fast as possible, including collecting reviews and manage our users' happiness. From the beginning of the pivot to the launch on iOS and Android, Desk360 provided us with a platform that allowed us to adapt quickly to our users’ needs.

Desk360 has a very wide scope of integrated customer support channels including gathering all App Store, Google Play, all widespread social media channels, and in-app messaging. This was another big gain for us because we offer our product in 8 languages, and all support is given by native speakers. Thus, aligning all customer support team members through different products would be another problem which we would have to solve.
