The customization in DesignFiles may be limited capared to other design software. it would be a concern if you want some specific designs. It does not give offline access. it provide some specific requirements of designer, which are lacking in DesignFiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Platform is intuitive and therefore easy to learn
Add to DesignFiles form websites saves me a TON of time!
Having images on invoices for FF&E is very nice!
Generating Purchase Orders and Invoices directly from the client-approved boards saves me many, many hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about DesignFiles?
Cannot always erase the background, so photos have to be Photoshopped prior to import
Need to assign text "colors" RGB numbers to easily duplicate from board to board. Right now, it's a stab in the dark to get text to match between boards.

What do you like best about DesignFiles?
I love that DesignFiles helps me present a professional front to my clients with an online design studio, as well as helps organize and streamline all finances involved in invoicing for and ordering furniture. I couldn't run my trade furniture business without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about DesignFiles?
I wish there were a client management system and the ability to send emails to clients, rather than always messaging through the platform's built-in chat abilities. New features are released monthly, and I'm hoping more CRM functions are on the way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
