Design Huddle Pros and Cons

Design Huddle was the perfect solution for our Agency white label. We were looking to improve our client experience when designing and delivering brand & marketing assets, and Design Huddle's platform was the perfect solution! Their API is robust and their leadership team was even willing to adjust their dev roadmap based on the features we needed specifically for our business. I have personally worked with a few different tech companies to license and white label their tech, and the experience I had with Design Huddle was one of the best. Rather than sending our users to other websites to create marketing collateral, it was important to allow our users to create designs under our brand. Integration and setup were very easy. Design Huddle has made it extremely easy for our users to create and edit graphics and videos within a beautiful interface.

1 - The program is incredibly easy to learn, and as someone with no formal design training, this tool has increased my creative productivity immensely.

2 - An extension of my business deals with customizing products. Design Huddle has been seamlessly integrated into our website and allows our customers an elevated design experience. We were able to integrate the program for a low cost, and updating our templates is now a straightforward process.

3 - I can't speak highly enough about the customer service and support we have received since moving forward with the Design Huddle team. Questions are answered quickly and thoroughly, feedback is always encouraged and considered, and our developer was supported the whole way through our integration 24/7.

HIGHLY complex projects definitely test the performance of the platform (I mean super complicated projects). Hoping to see more performance improvements over time. The documentation for editor functionality has been historically minimal, which makes it difficult to power customer documentation without creating your own. Our use case was outside the norm of Design Huddle's norm. Their presentation functionality is still growing and needs time to become the full-featured technology they have dreamed up. There are areas for growth within the tool - specific to our company's needs, controlling the alignment of text that automatically re-sizes would be a great help - but the developers are already aware of this and working on it. This video and design platform is super cool and very complete, it can be deployed from any browser or website, it has many functions such as being able to integrate any existing shopping cart, and all without managing most of the work since the platform works as " SaaS" (software as a service) in B2B from which you will not have to worry about anything other than implementing your designs to ads, products or whatever you are going to develop, another point in favor of this platform is that you only pay for what you you need It's easy to use both the editing tools and to implement it on any website, and it works on mobile devices.
