I love the platform, its simple, easy to use, and even if you do not know how to use it, you can learn super quick.

That sometimes you need to save your pro# a lot of times to make more changes to the same pro#, for example, if i am adding a leg, and adding the pick up time, i need to save the pick up time first or it will not let me add the leg, it just takes a couple seconds and you get used to it but it would be good if we would be able to update everything and save it once without any problem. Aljexy is very complete, has all integrations needed specially with Macropoint, frendly user interface, accesible everywhere and the most important, relieable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Aljex would have a phone directory for each carrier, so you just hit in contacts and the whole list with names and numbers that belong to the carrier (dispatch, drivers, etc) would expand and can be filled out in the field.

It would be nice if also you can open separated loads in separated tabs within Aljex not in the browser. Customer Support on weekends takes a bit longer, not sure if they have 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

wish it forced completion of fields. We have some incomplete entries and when folks just keep recreating the loads - fields are blank that would be helpful for the users to have. I have been using this software from past 1 year and never face any big issue.

It is easy to use with so simple UI but at the same time, we have every option we need at our fingertips. It makes my tasks so much less time consuming. Further tracking is available on the load page only. BOLs and RCs are just a click away. I use it daily to make loads, keep a track on them, Customer CRM, etc. It's really easy to use. This is a best cloud based transport management system, I came across before we were using a different system which was complex. What I would suggest feature wise is,

One Automated system is there

That I would say when it comes to customize the things on your own way there is no such option for that which can make it more complex.

I'm in accounting and I like the factor profiles and ability to assign a factor to a carrier. That function streamlined out carrier payments from what we previously had. I also like the customer support. I find them to be knowlegeable and prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even though I can appreciate the data integrity reasons behind it, I dislike that there is not a function to unrealse a load once it's released. I think people with certain permissions (like accounting or managers) should be able to unrelease a load. The biggest problem for me with this is that if a carrier sends in a valid receipt or accessorial charge request and we've already released the load to accounting, there is no way to update a rate con. I have to have an Adobe subscription so I can manually edit/update the rate con. It's important for cash flow that we keep loads flowing through to be invoiced so this happens every couple days at least. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aljex does make the booking and tracking truck process easier. The colors are easy to tell the difference in statuses and it is easy to use. Because we use this software everyday, it has become an easier process overall.

Additionally, we have worked closely with the customer support team on any issues we have and they seem to handle changes well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the process is easier, this seems like a work in progress. We have had multiple issues with overall slowness with the product, and while customer support has helped us, there are still some things that remain overall not what we want. We still don't have the rate confirmation changes we asked for, we still struggle with overall slowness, and we thought these are things we would have solved after over a year of implementation. Upon getting this software, we were told there are things that we should be able to utilize, but the split screen option still doesn't work well, multiple shipments mix up money, and there are just too many outages when updates come out. Every update seems to slow down Aljex, to a point where one morning we had to use the beta version, which worked well as a placeholder, but is something that shouldn't happen. Aljex is very convenient giving you opportunity to perform lots of operations in a moment, with very big functionality for all departments, starting from the order entry team to billing. It will take you a moment to get information on what's going on today, or how your company performed yesterday, last week, month, etc. The connection to the boards is highly useful - you can only post all your loads momentarily but also get all analytics from there. I don't use it much so it is kind of confusing, but the extra buttons in PU and CONS sections "Pick Up Weather, Pick Up Traffic, Radius Search, Map Location" seems a little extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
