We launched Denticon in 27 of our offices. It has been the best decision we made as an organization. Our primary goal was to integrate with a cloud-based practice management software. We wanted the accessibility to evaluate many vital parts of our organization such as schedules, production, collections, and reports from both a micro & macro level to which Denticon does beautifully. We also wanted to increase efficiency at the operation level by structuring all the setups, letters, clinical notes, explosion codes the same way across the board, which has helped tremendously in training and developing our teams. We have been able to keep as much as possible inside the software without the need for the teams to remote to other websites such as CareCredit, Dentalxchange, Dentigram and many others. It's really an all-in-one dental practice management. Our Corporate office and teams have accessibility 24/7 if needed with no problems when remoting to Denticon since its a cloud-base software. Our team and providers love that. It has also been a great experience having one-on-one support from the Denticon team in any of our training needs. Ultimately using all tools available through Denticon, it has allowed our Corporate team to focus on where we can impact production & output the most. They are also the first company that I have also worked very closely with that continues updating and upgrading their software for better output by really hearing the needs of their clients and providers. Denticon will continue being the most recommended software in my opinion for any dental practice or dental organization.
