We are still beginning our long journey of implementation of Denticon but my experience so far has been wonderful. We are coming from a propriety system with our developers in-house so anytime we need something new, we can build it ourselves. That will likely be the biggest learning curve for our staff. While Denticon has a great Feature Request system to log our wants/needs it isn't the same as sending an internal request to our own team.
