Hi Dyanna! Thank you so much for leaving us a review. While we don't update every individual field when someone fills out a medical history, we do save a PDF copy directly to the patient's chart and can trigger medical alerts for anything that you've flagged as an allergy, condition, or medication – if you don't already have those alerts set up and would find them helpful, our support team would be happy to take care of that for you :) I'm glad to hear that the forms have been helpful overall though and that patients are completing them before arriving for their appointment!

Thank you for leaving us a review! Apex is awesome and we love being able to integrate with them to simplify payments and collections. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't totally satisfied with the medical history, though. If you're referring to the medical history pre-populating with patients' previous answers so that they can quickly review and only denote changes when it's time to update paperwork, we do have that functionality – I would encourage you to reach out to support to make sure those options are turned on for any forms that you want to pre-fill :)
