I liked its user interface, its easier to operate, can also operate it through mobile and also its offline feature where it will be automatically sync my offline data when there is a internet connection. Its in build lead managment software has given me the assurance that no possible will be missed and yes, it has worked for me very well. I dislike that it doen't have any upgrade feature , by now i have only a standard pack but i want its upgraded version where i will be getting email integration and web forms as feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
