My favorite feature is that you can use the F keys to toggle between functions. It makes processing invoices and working car deals go by much quicker than having to use the mouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

to be honest, I liked the old interface better. The new one is a pain to fill out and there are too many unavailable features unless you want to pay extra. contacting lenders and getting updated call backs takes a while for transmission Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It feels like it times out and takes forever to get back into the system. When I have someone on the phone they don't care that the system timed out for security features they just want their update.
