What do you like best about DealCheck?

My favourite thing about DealCheck is how easy and quick it is to use. It takes less than 2 minutes to enter all of the required information on the deal you'd like to analyze and get detailed results! I've also shared this platform with some of my real estate investor clients and they absolutely love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealCheck?

There isn't much I dislike about Dealcheck. The one thing they can improve on is the look and feel of the IOS application to make it look more modern and beginner friendly. Either way, this isn't a big deal to me and doesn't affect my overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealCheck?

I found out during my practice is that public data may be inaccurate or contain missing information. This can lead to gross computations and inaccurate hypothesis and forecasts and a sort of risk comes with the use of public data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DealCheck?

DealCheck got me out of the spreadsheet and into a far more elegant tool for real estate analysis. I love that it helps me analyze common residential real estate investments, including rentals, BRRRs, and flips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealCheck?

The software sometimes lacks flexibility for deals using a hybrid of two strategies. I also wish it was easier to compare various exit strategies without making multiple copies of a property. That said, the DealCheck team has made many improvements in these areas over the years, including the ability to forecast future expenses in specific years, and I expect they will continue to improve their product.
