The software sometimes lacks flexibility for deals using a hybrid of two strategies. I also wish it was easier to compare various exit strategies without making multiple copies of a property. My favourite thing about DealCheck is how easy and quick it is to use. It takes less than 2 minutes to enter all of the required information on the deal you'd like to analyze and get detailed results!
