What do you like best about dbaPlatform?

My favorite thing about dbaPlatform is that it allows my team and I to manage our client Google listings and schedule photos, Q&As and posts in advance. It's such a huge help to us as we manage so many individual locations, to schedule weeks to months worth of content/information in one go.

I like that dbaPlatform is easy to use too. It's intuitive so there's minimal training required, especially if you've worked with similar tools and/or Google listings previously. Plus, they have training videos readily available in the platform itslef.

My company was using another vendor for this previously and the people and the platform caused us more work. The platform was clunky and broke on a weekly basis, plus their customer service was garbage. We were told over and over it would be fixed soon and passed onto one customer success manager to the next. We switched everything over to dbaPlatform and have had virtually no issues since. When something glitches or we're unsure how to do something, in-platform support is immediately helpful. No long wait times or tickets.

We also like that we've been able to manage Google Vehicle Listing Ads here as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dbaPlatform?

For more than a decade, I have leveraged various 'Local SEO' tools and platforms to manage and scale hundreds of business locations online. I've tried everything from freemium tools to Enterprise products that cost 6 figures per year. I am pleased to say that dbaPlatform is the BEST on the market and it just keeps getting better as new features are continually added, or existing features are improved. This year alone, I have added more than one hundred new business locations to the platform and am happy to keep doing so. The platform offers vital Local Search tools at reasonable costs and is supported with excellent customer care, all of which, make the management process simple and efficient. What do you like best about dbaPlatform?

My team has been working with dba platform for 3 years now, and I have always been very happy with the account support and progress. What do you like best about dbaPlatform?
