What do you dislike about DB Amp?

Sometimes there are some bugs, and we have to wait until they release a new version. The good news is the Support team is really useful, and they offer a workaround.

That in the new version we need to change all the linked server calls to be salesforce.cdata and not salesforece...object Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DB Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We create objects on Salesforce to update them with the data that we integrate on the SQL server. such as student progress.

What do you like best about DB Amp?

I like that DBAmp takes the majority of the complexity out of the intergration process with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DB Amp?

We do run into failures around connections, timeouts, or objects "not existing". Much of this is probably a Salesforce issue, but it takes time to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DB Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an integration partner for customers using SFDC and are constantly pushing/pulling data to/from Salesforce and external sources. DBAmp greatly simplifies the process for us so we can focus on business rules and not technical challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
