What do you like best about DaySmart Salon?

The best thing about daysmart is that it's easy to use. Clients being able to book online and confirm appointments by text have been a time saver. The app is also great. Nice to be able to do everything from your phone or tablet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon?

I only have a few dislikes but it doesn't take away from the software. I wish people could cancel appointments online or by confirmation text. Also wish that we could just delete the services that a stylist does not perform instead of having to put in what thy do perform one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DaySmart Salon?

Making tickets and the ability to edit tickets has been much better than competitors that we have looked into. We love using the email marketing and text confirmation features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are like myself and running a day spa with licensed professionals and front desk. When choosing a platform to use as a CRM I would highly recommend running through your day and all of the things you would want to do to reach out to clients and communicate with clients and your therapist and make sure whatever software you chooses meets those needs as you do a dry run. The ability to run reports for clients that have not been in in a certain amount of days and reaching out to clients to book appointments for our professionals. There are a few flaws in the online booking - I end up with alot of duplicate clients. But otherwise it works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have tried other softwares. This one is by far the best and I have used it for 16 years! I can't imagine running my business without it. I also have chair renters that have their own daysmart software on their computer and they love it to. The reports you get are very informative, its easy to record formulas and look up previous history of services, products purchased and amount charged. So much information in this software that I would be lost without it! The other software I tried only caused me headaches and frustration. I feel like this software has thought of everything and just makes my life so much easier! Customer service is great as well. Very helpful and easy to contact. What do you like best about DaySmart Salon?

The scheduling and appointment book is easy to use and manage. The icons help to understand what each button is for. Daysmart pairs nicely with our card machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon?

The software itself seems a bit dated. It isn't aesthetic as it could be. The downloaded application should look the same as the website application. It would also be nice to have more updated marketing templates. A lot of the templates look like they are from the early 2000s. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are a salon that wants to use Daysmart to incorporate marketing, I wouldn't recommend it as their Marketing isn't as innovative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DaySmart Salon?

What I like best about DaySmart Salon is that it has all the features (Online Booking, Payroll, Remote Access) that I need to start my business. Also, they are continuously working on providing new add-on options (Reputation Management, 2-way Texting, Text Marketing) relevant to growing my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon?

The only downside of DaySmart Salon is that the features vary between the Desktop and Cloud versions. I currently am using the Desktop and cannot access Cloud features like Walk-In Kiosk and Digital Online Forms. Would like to have an option to modify online booking requests as opposed to accept/reject only. Also, allowing more customizable options for how loyalty points can be earned and redeemed would be helpful. Limited email marketing campaign templates available. What do you like best about DaySmart Salon?

I love the online booking. It's easy, my clients can fill out forms at home. It makes the check in process faster when they come. We are a busy salon so being quick up front is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that packages can't be broken down into payment plans. I can't use them because my clients aren't able to purchase the whole yearly package in one payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DaySmart Salon?

I'm able to keep track of all my clients, their formulas, and all of their history. Not to mention it makes tax time very easy, to just print my reports. Ive used other salon software in the past, and this is by far my favorite! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
