Customer service is terrific. They are all USA based and very knowledgeable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are very slow to make changes to the software. Suggestions for improvements go nowhere. It is like they never asked an actual pet shop what works best. Sometimes we have to navigate 6-7 screens just to get some info while we have a customer on the phone. There has to be a more efficient way to retrieve basic info. I have volunteered my shop to be a beta location for the programmers to visit.
Another example is this survey. You don't even have my industry listed in the drop down menu. The software is for grooming/boarding/daycare facilities and all you list is Veterinary! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This app is very easy to use. Setting up appointments is a breeze and also accessing the website is very convenient. I get appointment request quick and being able to accept or reject them before the client booking is a god send! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to use the software. It is easy for both backend when we schedule appointments, and also the front end for our customers online booking. I like that it is specific for pet grooming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new layout that is trying to be integrated. I liked the old one better because it is easier for us to see all of the vital information we need at a glance and works better when you have multiple groomers workng. The new layout puts blocks on top of each other which sucks when you have more than 1 dog coming in at the same time, which is the case almost daily for us. Also not great for multiple locations. Would like a way to keep the calendars for each location separate and be able to switch between the two so its not all on 1 screen. Also not able to set employee permissions for multiple employees without the system buffering endlessly or not saving the changes. Also erases old employees' appointments from calendar and payroll which is a nightmare if someone quits in between pay periods! Would like everything to stay the same in the calendar but without the old employee having access to the system anymore when they are no longer working! We also have an appointment request from someone who no longer works here that wasn't taken off before they quit, so now its just stuck there forever and we can't get rid of it. We should still be able to settle unresolved requests after the employee's account has been deactivated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to create a website to book online and merge everything. Plus able to check people out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website is not really easy to create and make more organized. For example, the services might be listed as needed to charge online but on the website it shows everything separate. Also, the merchant system used to check people out that is offer by the company is not ideal and has a lot of connection issues. Really wish square could sync to it. I don't like that the services require times to be shown online. I have people who are getting dog grooms and add things in like teeth brushing or nail trims, but it shows the add ons after the appointment slot which is confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rescheduling I wish it would automatically rebook for a m entire year. Our clients are long term and we have lost abou 10 this last year because they weren't rescheduled because it only went out 4-6 mo baths automatically and we didn't realize until it was to late. We like Daysmart because it is a all in one system. You can literally do everything from appointments, reminders, retail, daycare, point of sale. It does it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do dislike that it notifies client everytime we move an appointment unless we have it turned off and then the reminders are turned off. I would like to see improvements in the way it communicates with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
