I liked the software program and the portions you could purchase, for example, the grooming and boarding portion. They also had mobile services and itemized sales items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They lied. I purchased the program for a sum of money and asked if I bought that would I be able to use the program forever or if it would have an expiration date. Kennel Connection said it would not expire, so I purchased it only to find that I didn't have service one day. It was about five years later. I called, and they said I would have to purchase another five years. That felt like a lie since we had already established that it would not expire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
