I've been using Daylite with my small law practice for years. It allows you to create workflows, assign tasks, associate users with projects and tasks, send reminders prior to appointments, and has a very simple, colorful interface that makes it so easy to use! There are only a few developers in the US who support the app, so any customization necessary can be expensive and difficult to come by. Daylite is customizable unlike most popular online CRM’s available today, and in a very specific way.
