The linking of all data in Daylite is easy to do and extremely valuable. It is easy to do, populate and manipulate. Daylite allows editing of the linked relationships to cater to your needs, too. I don't like not being able to see all user calendars in the mobile version. I can each separately, which is good, but for scheduling on the fly, it would be nice to see every (or multiple) users' calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Daylite is an excellent CRM framework that incorporates shared control of programmes, activities, contacts and schedules. Nearly all fields can be personalised to help efficiently scan data and create intelligent lists. I believe Daylite's connecting capabilities are one of the outstanding features. After using this feature, my workflow has improved dramatically! You can connect any project, touch, meeting, etc. between portals, so that you can easily incorporate views of the day. I have been using Daylite now for several years. Although it is not web based, it makes up for this with the very high level of integration particularly with Mail. Whenever clients see me using the product they always ask what it is and comment on how seamless it looks.

It just works brilliantly, managing all my customer contact communications - emails, phone calls and SMS - seamlessly without having to remember to do so. It just works!
