Awesome user interface, integration into MacOS environment .layered architecture allows for integration and customisation.It has two essential components to track new business Opportunities and management/logistics for Projects which is what attracted me initially. I’m a solo attorney & Daylite handles all of my appointment & contact details. The connection/sync to Billings Pro is a snap, meaning I can send professional invoices nearly instantly. I can handle conflict checks easily, Bill email without leaving Apple mail and attach my emails to each of my cases and contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, I had to switch my mails to Outlook and therefore also need to switch CRM. Daylite integrates with Apple Mail only, there is not even a BCC-forwarding fallback option.

The corporate attitude. They think they are AMAZON.com.... refusing to provide a way for a business customer (a customer who relies heavily on them) to talk to them. Bizarre shift of events. I remember when I got great one-on-one interaction from them. Prior to writing this review I did 4 emails back and forth with their "customer service staff" and never did they show an interest in my concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Daylite is a superior CRM system that integrates project, task, contact, and scheduling management all together. Almost all fields are customizable, making data searches and building smart lists more efficient. I think one of the best feature of Daylite is its linking capabilities. My workflow has significantly improved since using this feature! You are able to link any project, contact, appointment, etc. between portals, making integrating aspects of your day so easy you don't even have to think about. Daylite does it for you! Navigating around Daylite was initially challenging as a first-time user. One example that stands out to me among the rest is using Daylite's smart list feature. At first, building a smart list seemed so straightforward, but I soon learned that it can get tricky. Another issue that has come up repeatedly is that you are unable to share created/built lists with other members of your organization - this is only possible through smart lists.
