What do you like best about Daylite?

Great basic CRM system and a very competitive price point for a cloud solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daylite?

Getting reports out of Daylite is a nightmare. It is very sensitive to fields being incorrect filled in and provides very little help in pre-populating of fields. No itinerary function maddening. Reports for recent appointments like going back to seventies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Daylite?

I love the merge functionality! We use Daylite to generate all letters. The database is powerful! It keeps everything organized and tidy. It allows all users to remain up to speed on the happenings of each project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daylite?

The only downside that I can think of is that there is no spellcheck function for the merge documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Daylite allows us to remain a step ahead in managing our client's expectations. There is so much power in this app. We are constantly delving deeper into the app to see how it can better help us. What do you like best about Daylite?

It is a mac based system, the look and feel, easy to navigate. I like I can stop all my info including email with my clients and project details and getting them out of my inbox. I also love the pipeline of tasks to repeat depending on my project Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daylite?

I am unable to sync client contact info to google voice. I am a one person business and having a free business number on my iPhone separate from my personal number. But I know have duplicates of contact since my google voice app will not use daylite contacts..hav not figured a w ay around this yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Daylite?

I love the fact everything I need for a client is all in one spot. Throughout all of my devices. Been using Daylite since Version 1.I can work on anything I need to at anytime, with or without internet. The data syncs up seamlessly.
