What do you like best about Zen Planner?

Auto email receipts are a great help when processing a multitude of payments daily. The calendar function is simple and mostly seamless. The ability to send an iCal link to my phone is helpful for syncing all my daily client sessions. The rates are fair, and the ability to use their in house payment processor keeps all my correspondence in a neat and tidy direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zen Planner?

Email back and forth over customer service issues and tickets has been challenging historically. I've often received a "we will email you back with an answer" response, which is hit and miss for actually solving the issue. The inability to call back the same representative who understands your issue can be a bit of a headache. I'd like to emphasize that much of this has been resolved over the past 6 months as I'm now working with a dedicated account manager who has an intimate knowledge of my business needs. What problems is Zen Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZenPlanner allows me to house all my operational processes inside a neat and tidy package that offers ease of use and very little downtime. What do you like best about Zen Planner?

The auto generated emails are great. The texting platform is great. Love how the notes are posted on each members account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zen Planner?

Need better customer service. We can't call and talk to anyone. We have many issues that haven't been solved because we are told constantly to contact another person again, again and again.

We need access to other emails or possibly pay for someone to help us with other campaigns that aren't available already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zen Planner?

The automated messages that go out to our incoming leads right away. It's so nice to know that people receive contact as soon as they opt in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many of the pre-written automated campaign emails just don't fit with our voice, or what we do at our studio. It's been a challenge to go through and edit them all to make them applicable to our needs. But we're doing it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zen Planner?

Organization. We love staying organized. In our facility and UpLaunch makes sure we can stay on top of any sort of gaps that may be present. We were looking at a few others in the beginning but quickly realized that UpLaunch was the right fit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zen Planner?

Uplaunch marketing:

It was a giant waste. I had them run my ads, and they performed worse than when I ran them on my own. No reporting or meetings to fix.

Uplaunch websites:

HORRENDOUS! My web traffic dropped massively, it didn't go up like they 'promised'. The build is WAY too expensive, and it doesn't include any of the SEO things needed to rank-you have to pay extra for that, and even then, it's sophomoric as best. Trying to make changes to the website is super slow, and it's ridiculous that you have to pay for more web pages or landing pages. I trying unsuccessfully to cancel my website for over 2 months and they couldn't give me access to my own intellectual property without wanting MORE money and even then they kept claiming there was a 'glitch' preventing them from providing me with a backup of the website. I was able to rebuild my website in 3 days! DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE SERVICE!!!! Do it yourself or hire someone on Upwork.

Uplaunch software: This is the only brighter spot, but not great. The biggest issues are that it's not a responsive software. If a lead responds to an email, they keep getting all the journey emails/communication which becomes annoying if you are offering something and the lead has already accepted it. Not the best software, but is great if you are starting out and need some sort of tracking and followup system for your leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zen Planner:

I would recommend going elsewhere. Much better options for comparable prices. Don't fall for the line that they are in your industry so they know best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, using Uplaunch has created more problems overall, and not in a good way. It was a good solution for about 4-6 months, but then the honeymoon was over and I've kicked myself for getting into this relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While our team worked to resolve these issues individually when they arose, the unique combination of frustrations described here made us step back to fully re-evaluate your situation. This input and community feedback generally is our highest consideration when designing and building our products. Our first priority is to turn negative feedback into action and improvement! However, it's very clear that we failed to communicate this in our private threads so we owe you a public explanation and apology.

Digital marketing/SEO/Web:

When your digital marketing services launched in the beginning of 2021, our team was adapting to the quickly changing landscape in Facebook and Google marketing. In our effort to lead the industry as pandemic restrictions dropped and digital tracking changed permanently, we failed to provide you with the reporting and strategic support we understand is critical.

On learning about this error and your desire for additional SEO work on your website, we tried to provide a series of custom solutions to meet those needs.

It sounds like we both misunderstood those goals and certainly failed to set correct expectations, so must also apologize for not correctly supporting you here.

Post-Cancellation:

After your requested cancellation, we expressed that we would deliver your website free of charge although website designs are generally the property of Daxko. Your intellectual property, such as images/other content are always available to you. While there are regular fees for custom web design, we try to waive those fees in extreme circumstances like these. But between working around our regular processes and a broken website cloning tool, final site delivery was delayed several weeks. We tried to ensure any needs you had with that website were expedited while you waited for full site access, but delays were unavoidable at the time.

Thank you for taking the time for this humbling feedback. We have taken steps to ensure this situation does not happen in the future.

Utilize the help center and chat function - you can find almost any answer that you need, reach out to your customer support team with any questions; they are so good about finding the answers.
