Auto email receipts are a great help when processing a multitude of payments daily. The calendar function is simple and mostly seamless. The ability to send an iCal link to my phone is helpful for syncing all my daily client sessions. The rates are fair, and the ability to use their in house payment processor keeps all my correspondence in a neat and tidy direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email back and forth over customer service issues and tickets has been challenging historically. I've often received a "we will email you back with an answer" response, which is hit and miss for actually solving the issue. The inability to call back the same representative who understands your issue can be a bit of a headache. I'd like to emphasize that much of this has been resolved over the past 6 months as I'm now working with a dedicated account manager who has an intimate knowledge of my business needs. Need better customer service. We can't call and talk to anyone. We have many issues that haven't been solved because we are told constantly to contact another person again, again and again.

Anytime you need something they provide support zoom, call email, chat, etc. Service is huge for me and the software works great. The integrations with other softwares is also a huge bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a giant waste. I had them run my ads, and they performed worse than when I ran them on my own. No reporting or meetings to fix.
Uplaunch websites:
HORRENDOUS! My web traffic dropped massively, it didn't go up like they 'promised'. The build is WAY too expensive, and it doesn't include any of the SEO things needed to rank-you have to pay extra for that, and even then, it's sophomoric as best. Trying to make changes to the website is super slow, and it's ridiculous that you have to pay for more web pages or landing pages. I trying unsuccessfully to cancel my website for over 2 months and they couldn't give me access to my own intellectual property without wanting MORE money and even then they kept claiming there was a 'glitch' preventing them from providing me with a backup of the website. I was able to rebuild my website in 3 days! DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE SERVICE!!!! Do it yourself or hire someone on Upwork.
Uplaunch software: This is the only brighter spot, but not great. The biggest issues are that it's not a responsive software. If a lead responds to an email, they keep getting all the journey emails/communication which becomes annoying if you are offering something and the lead has already accepted it. Not the best software, but is great if you are starting out and need some sort of tracking and followup system for your leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That you can't edit notes on someone's profile once it's created. You also can't see notes added to a completed task in the news feed, makes it seem like the notes are pointless at that point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
