What do you like best about Club Automation?

CA has great onboarding and training to where you feel you are up to speed and knowledgable about the product from the start. They also style the software to fit your individual needs so you aren't paying for things you don't use. Their support is fabulous too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Club Automation?

Not a lot of downfalls. The calendar functionality is a bit time consuming for trainers to schedule events but that is not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Club Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed more customer outreach. Engage Pro helps us communicate and engage with our members, with automated emails and texts. Our website is professional and effective with a lot of calls to action. Reporting (kpi's) are detailed and easy to read. Simplicity for our desk staff to sign up new members. What do you like best about Zen Planner?

The fact that this system is so easy to use and it incorporates platforms like Zoom.

What do you dislike about Zen Planner?

possibly that I'm on the other side of the world(Australia) making communication slightly delayed.

We have been able to run online classes through Zenplanner making even our youngest students keen to be apart of the classes.

What do you like best about Daxko?

I love how daxko can filter things. It goes from widest category and then further breaks it down in digestible chunks to smaller more specific categorys. Ive never had any non user error issues with finding members or programs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daxko?

Every time I switch to a new computer that doesnt remember me, I have to go back into device settings and tell it again to use the topaz signing pad instead of my mouse to accept signatures. But thats by far not nearly as bad of an issue as it could be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Club Automation?

I love how we can email or text members. The sign in is easy for our members when getting to the club. The customer service is AWESOME!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Club Automation?

There are too many steps when entering in clients. I wish that it was integrated with Outlook or a personal calendar. I REALLY don't like that my instructors have to take roll in their classes even though the members check into the front desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can also enable a feature that allows member's front desk check in to automatically mark them attended for class to help free up your instructors time. What do you like best about Zen Planner?

It is a basic gym management software that allows for billing, class scheduling and payroll management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zen Planner?

So many of the features are outdated and the communication with the company is absysmal. Even their newly upgraded email system is basic and hard to use. Using the scheduling feature is difficult, especially compared to free calender apps like Gmail. I've also been trying to move information to a new payment processor for over 3 months now and it seems like every time I try to contact someone, no one knows exactly who is handling my account. The regular customer service is nice enough, but they can only forward my information to someone else. What was quoted as a 30-60 day process of switching over to a new payment processor has now taken 93 days as of 7/14/2024 with no solid answer in sight. At the end of it, I'll still have a $700 bill in addition to the hundreds of dollars that I've paid to keep my account active so I can collect invoices from customers. What do you like best about Daxko Operations?

I have had good luck recently with their customer service reps via the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?

Most everything else! The articles they produce are hard to find and even harder to utilize. They do not allow much customization making the program a lot of their functionality not useful for us.

I also struggle as a smaller Y all their really nice add-ons like Daxko Engage, and others are too pricey!

The staff side of the program is not optimized for mobile so it is super difficult to use on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
